- What is your return policy?
AFFIX offers a refund on purchases made for products that have not been used. Refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions; Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items must be shipped back no later than 14 days after delivery. Returns must include all packaging and inserts. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. AFFIX does not offer order cancellations.
- My package is lost, what do I do?
In the event that USPS delivers your mail to the wrong address, we will contact your local post office & have your package GPS tracked. Shipping is covered for damage prior to delivery and lost mail. We will adhere to USPS terms for claim reimbursement.
- My package is damaged, what do I do?

- Can I cancel my order?
AFFIX does not offer order cancellations.
- Where do your products ship from?
Our products ship from our office in Colorado. Orders ship between 1-5 business days.
