Refund policy

AFFIX offers a refund on purchases made that have not been used. Refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items must be shipped back no later than 14 days after delivery. Returns must include all packaging and inserts. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee applies. Insured packages are insured for loss or damage prior to delivery or during transit. In the event that USPS delivers your mail to the wrong address, we will contact your local post office & have your package GPS tracked. Standard shipping is covered for damage prior to delivery and lost mail.
